Leonard Running and Sue Hey of the Butterfly Puppet Theatre spent a week with our YMCA Summer Day Camp kids, making beetle puppets and learning about the forest. We were then represented at the Gold Discovery Days Parade on July 27, 2013. Their puppets and artwork were a hit! They came to us through grants from the South Dakota Arts Council and the Custer Area Arts Council.
